We keep hearing about Tantra Mantra in a negative sense as it's been quite long we have been injected with a negative perspective about every ritual we follow, Let's understand the real meaning of Tantra, Yantra, and Mantra and its purpose.

Essence: Tantra, rooted in the Sanskrit word "tan," denotes expansion. It represents a sacred path, a technique, or an unraveling of a set of methods that guide us toward spiritual growth and enlightenment.
